Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability and the delivery service being used. Estimated delivery information will be provided during your purchase, and we always aim to get your Aristopaw order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that weekends, bank holidays and periods of unusually high demand may occasionally affect delivery times.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your parcel is dispatched.

RETURN POLICY
At Aristopaw, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your product.

REFUND POLICY
